This film takes a head on, honest, and revealing look into the systemic and prolific racism, experienced by women, and disproportionately women of color, all over America, leaving many in a worse state than before they sought care. This drama adds language to the dynamics of the African American family structure, the communal and loving nature that exist, and the difficulties faced when ignored by health professionals.
